Revival Clothing Consignment Contract Agreement *

This is an agreement between REVIVAL SHOP SEATTLE (RSS) and the undersigned (Consignor). The Consignor warrants that s/he is the lawful owner of the items subject to this contract and consigns them to RSS for the purpose of selling them. This contract limits our liability. Please read carefully and check the box below to indicate your understanding and acceptance of the following terms and conditions regarding items consigned with us. RETAIL PRICE: The retail price will be an amount assigned by RSS and may be the price the item carries until 30 days after the DATE RECEIVED. Thirty (30) days from the DATE RECEIVED the price may be reduced by 20%. Sixty (60) days from the DATE RECEIVED the price may be reduced by 50%. Ninety (90) days from the DATE RECEIVED Consignor relinquishes ownership of the item to RSS. Merchandise may be reclaimed during the first 90 days from DATE RECEIVED only, and with 72-hours notice via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact RSS on, or before, the relinquish date. RSS reserves the right to promote items online in order to sell them at the best price and as quickly as possible. DROP OFF: Drop off consignments are processed at the earliest convenience of our staff. We will email a copy of the contract with the inventory we accept. We immediately put items that we agree to consign onto the sales floor. We do not wait for your approval of the purchase price. Unaccepted items must be picked up within 7 days or they will become property of RSS. MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS: While RSS will try to safeguard consigned merchandise, Consignor understands that RSS takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged or missing merchandise. Consignor assumes all risks of the consignment, and agrees to not hold RSS liable in any way for loss associated with this consignment. Any item found to have a defect that was not discovered at time of drop off may be reduced in price or removed from the sales floor. No other warranty is valid, except as given in writing. PAYMENT: Payment shall be forty (40) percent of the actual selling price of the item unless otherwise specified in writing. Payments are made directly via PayPal/Venmo or mailed monthly.
